How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. For custom-built cabinets or hand-wired amplifiers, lead times can vary from 2 to 4 weeks depending on current demand.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products globally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.
What is your return policy for custom components?
We accept returns on standard stock items within 30 days of purchase. However, custom-built products, such as bespoke speaker cabinets and loaded pickguards, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your pickup sets and amplifiers covered by a warranty?
Absolutely. All Mojotone pickups carry a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser, and our amplifiers are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I track my shipment once it has left the warehouse?
Yes, once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
